To view it, look closely through the centre lens. You can also shine a light through the jewellery to project the image, or use your phone’s camera to zoom in and reveal the photo inside.

Each Echoya piece is made to order using the photo you upload. For the clearest result, please choose a bright, high-quality image with your subject clearly visible.

Please check your uploaded photo carefully before placing your order. Personalised pieces are created especially for you and cannot be changed once production has begun.

We currently ship within Australia only.

Enjoy free shipping on orders over AUD $50. Orders under AUD $50 are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of AUD $12.

Personalised orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 10–15 business days after dispatch, although timing may vary during peak periods, public holidays or courier delays.

Tracking details will be sent by email when available.

Because each piece is personalised and made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection or customer-provided errors.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us at support@echoyagifts.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, Echoya will cover the return shipping cost and process any eligible refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
