Enjoy free shipping on orders over AUD $50. Orders under AUD $50 are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of AUD $12.

Personalised orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 10–15 business days after dispatch, although timing may vary during peak periods, public holidays or courier delays.

Because each piece is personalised and made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection or customer-provided errors.

Once approved, Echoya will cover the return shipping cost and process any eligible refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
